They provide services to both corporate and SME businesses and are growing and expanding the services they are offering to their SME clients to include the new services of payroll and HR support alongside their existing service. On this basis the client would like to onboard a HR Generalist with CIPD Level 7, or a candidate working towards CIPD Level 7 qualification. The role will be to provide HR Generalist support their HR clients and visit prospective clients to discuss the HR and Payroll services the company can offer. This is an exciting role where you will gain exposure to multiple clients, no two days will be the same. You will advise on HR advice on matters to include grievances, tupes, redundancies, performance management, absence management and it will also be to add value to their client's recruitment processes by offering addition advice on job description drafting and salary benchmarking. Payroll knowledge is also a requirement of the role Due to the nature of the advice you will be providing a minimum of two years HR generalist experience is required. Base Location Edinburgh/ Glasgow The role will be based in Edinburgh or Glasgow, however as a result of the wide variety of clients and projects, you may be asked to work in other locations within the UK and beyond, sometimes at short notice and sometimes over lengthy periods of time. Your desire and ability to do this will be discussed as part of the recruitment process. Candidates who are unable or do not wish to work on projects in other locations will still be considered. We're looking for candidates who have varying levels of Business Analysis experience that can effectively and efficiently manage the definition, analysis, delivery and maintenance of business, project and system requirements. They'll support transformation and change projects for our clients, who are predominately within the financial services sector.
