We are looking for a confident, outgoing and motivated individual to work as a Customer Service Administrator within our friendly, local office in Wooburn Green. We work closely with many Technology Firms, Banks and Fund Managers in recruiting IT positions from Programmers through to Directors and pride ourselves on our outstanding market knowledge and level of service. You must have experience of working in a company where you have been dealing with the public, either face to face or over the phone, resolving queries or providing outstanding customer service. In return, you will work alongside experienced Recruitment Consultants, speaking to candidates and clients and helping search databases for relevant CVs. You will also be responsible for ensuring our client and candidate database is up to date at all times and that the business is supported and able to deliver the exceptional level of service. There are plenty of opportunities to develop your career either within administration, accounting or within sales.
