Job Description Social Work Resources Location: Lanark Health Centre, Woodstock Road, Lanark ML11 7DH Shift Pattern: 17.5 hours working Monday to Friday 8.45am to 12.15pm The post holder will provide an effective clerical support for Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) based in Lanark Health Centre . You will assist in meeting service objectives ensuring timescales and deadlines are met in accordance with procedures including check generic email accounts, run reports, update SWiSplus and highlight missing information. You will also update spreadsheets and provide assistance to operational managers and fieldwork staff as required. Further responsibilities include assisting management in compiling Mental Health rotas on a monthly basis, distribution of feedback surveys and collating returns updating to intranet to provide management information, arranging review meetings and progress chasing relevant paperwork, process requests for leaflets etc and ensure resources are available, liaise with internal and external contacts/customers, process incoming/outgoing mail, scanning to Electronic Document Management System, provide a word processing and minute taking service as required and ordering stationery and supplies via iproc to ensure adequate resources.
