Job title: Operations Manager Location: Leicester Salary: £45k - £55k My client is looking for an Operations Manager to join their expanding team, to work in a dynamic and exciting environment. The company is a global packaging company supplying packaging into the Retail and FMCG industires Knowledge and experience in a design and / or artwork business would be beneficial but not essential. However you MUST have experience in operational management - running a team of 30+ Responsibilities Responsible for the day to day running of all operational areas Ensuring Health and Safety of all colleagues Setting KPIs and making sure they are hit Hold one on ones and be in charge of improvement and demonstrate growth Problem solving Have had experience working in a fast paced deadline environment, and be used to delivering results when set targets.
