About the role This is an exciting new role to take the Ossett Operation on the next step in it's evolution as the largest Private Label Butter, Spreads and Margarine factory in the UK. You will be responsible for the day-2-day operation of the factory through the leadership of 3 shift managers and their leadership teams. You will work cross functionally and collaboratively with site Maintenance and Quality Managers to ensure that the site balances the Quality / Operations / Maintenance priorities. You will set the tone and oversee the overall production management of the site, responsible for around 75 employees, reporting directly into the Operations Manager. Including Grant Prideco, Beniot and Tenaris Experienced in Non-Destructive Testing Techniques - Magnetic Particle Inspection and Dye Penetrant Inspection Administrative Skills: Competence in Microsoft Office applications & electronic mail systems.
