The main purpose of this role is to provide excellent customer service and support to clients. You will coordinate and organise the repair and upgrade of products, dealing with costings and logistics and you will report directly to the Operations Manager. Customer Service Administrator Responsibilities: To be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries Deal with annual service and repairs of products Liaise with customers, couriers and colleagues to process enquiries and orders Maintain and update customer product database Assist in processing returns Maintain accurate records for both customer and manufacturing databases Provide costings for repairs Requirements: Previous customer service experience Good administration skills Excellent organisational and communication skills Good telephone manner Able to multi task Good IT skills, experience using a CRM system would be helpful Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment would be beneficial This Customer Service Administrator role would suit someone who has worked in a customer service environment and dealt with enquiries, returns and complaints procedures. This role would suit someone who has worked as a customer support executive, customer service advisor, customer care coordinator or repairs and returns administrator. This is an office based role. Standard hours of work are 09.00-17.30 with half an hour lunch break. However hours can be flexible if you wanted an earlier start and finish or wanted to work around school drop off. There is on site parking and the office is based close to the public transport links.
