We are recruiting for an excellent and fast-growing law firm in Central London who are looking for Commercial Property Paralegals to join their highly successful team. They have been operating for around 20 years, have doubled in size over the last 5, and plan to continue to expand. This growth has been primarily down to their top-tier client care, and they get a huge amount of repeat and referral business. Training and development is very important to them, and all but two of their 12 partners have been promoted from within. In fact, two of their salaried partners, and one of their equity partners, started as paralegals. They are happy to consider career paralegals, and those who wish to qualify in the future. Regarding training contracts, they do offer them, but you would have to prove yourself first as they are only provided to internal applicants. Over the last year they have given out three training contracts to their staff. Salary levels are excellent, and there is also a bonus scheme. Hybrid working is available, with three days at home, and two in the office.
