Job Description

I am looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join our International service team.

Due to our International success, we are now looking for a Dutch speaker to join our International service team as a Translator/Customer Service Advisor (Dutch (Netherlands) speaking).

This role is based at our head office and you will be responsible for translating English product information into Dutch and listing the products via our website and online marketplaces, you will be the first point of contact to answer customer queries and talk to Dutch speaking customers over the phone and by email.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent command of oral and written English and Dutch
  • Previous experience within a customer service-related role desirable
  • High attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, innovative, forward thinking
  • Be customer focused and possess excellent customer service skills
  • Have excellent computer skills with the ability to use the Internet, MS Word and Excel
  • Be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Be a strong team player
