The key responsibilities of a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisor are:

  • Have previous Customer Service Experience
  • Able to think on their feet
  • Provide a friendly and welcoming phone manner
  • Allocate calls to the correct department
  • Able to provide correct advice on Insurance related questions
  • Update customer records
  • General administration

Profile

The successful Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisor will:

  • Be fluent in spoken and written Dutch
  • Have previous experience working in customer service roles
  • Committed to a 2 month temporary assignment
  • Immediately available to start work
  • Conduct job responsibilities with limited supervision
