Language recruitment Services (LRS) is recruiting a Dutch speaking Customer service coordinator to join the London team of for an international group in the leisure industry.

As the first point of contact for customers based in the Netherlands and the UK, you will thrive to deliver outstanding sales and client service using your strong interpersonal and communication skills

Main duties

- Answer inbound queries

- Advise clients on holiday packages

- Up/cross selling

Customer Service Advisor - Dutch Speaking

Main requirements:

- Fluency in Dutch or Flemish and English

- Background in customer service, reservation or sales administration

- Well-spoken with friendly phone manner

- Good IT skills

- Organised, able to prioritise workload

- Self-starter with ability to work as part of a team

- Can-do and positive mindset
