Duties of the Senior Architectural Technician / Technologist Produce quality Construction drawing packages using REVIT software. Be responsible for the resolution of design issues and co-ordination of design information. Managing planning applications, building regulation drawings & Construction detailing. Preparation of tender drawing packages. Production information for contractors and third parties. Attending weekly project updates / meeting project submission deadlines. Requirements of the Senior Architectural Technologist Have a minimum of 5-10 years' experience working within an Architectural practice or Consultancy. Degree or HNC / HND qualified Architectural Technician. Be proficient in the use of AutoCAD and have a working knowledge of REVIT. Have a good understanding of UK Building Regulations and Planning Applications. Have a passion for design with flair and imagination in your ideas. Good understanding of how building are constructed. Meticulous approach to Technical detailing. Team player of good character, keen to be hands on in a busy environment. Previous experience of working in the Residential sector. Salary offered is up to 40,000 - 48,000 depending on experience and suitability + benefits.
