Even for those teachers who are perhaps looking for a smooth transition back into long-term roles, or Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) who wish to be introduced to prospective schools in Stoke-on-Trent*, as a Supply Teacher; you will ultimately have the opportunity to get back into the classroom!
Secondary Teachers that apply for this daily role will be required to have:
Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or Newly Qualified Teacher Status (NQT).
Other relevant teaching qualifications (PGCE, B. Ed or BA Hons).
Eligibility to work in the UK.
A DBS, or be willing to undertake a new DBS application (cost applied).
An enthusiastic and passionate persona in the classroom.
A positive attitude; to be happy to receive early morning calls and to be committed to work in schools that require emergency cover.
Excellent time keeping and trustworthy attributes.
Strong knowledge of the curriculum across Key Stage 3 and 4.
