We are looking to recruit an experienced Field Care Supervisor to manage and develop our care staff, ensuring that we continue to deliver exceptional care. The ideal Field Care Supervisor will have previous supervisory experience within the care sector and be passionate about ensuring that our Care Staff and Service Users are treated with respect and valued as individuals. The Field Care Supervisor Role • To assist in the efficient running and the management, supervision and training of care and support staff • To undertake new service user assessments • To maintain ongoing service user compliance, by undertaking care plan and risk assessment reviews • To undertake MAR chart and daily log audits • To conduct spot checks • Provide ongoing supervision to the senior care team • To observe, monitor and report to the Registered Manager, any significant changes in the service users health or well-being, liaising with professionals within the multi-disciplinary team, as appropriate • To record all necessary information clearly and legibly in line with record keeping policies and procedures. • To undertake on-call duties as directed and record all activities to the office • To carry out on call on duties, on a rotational basis What we offer our Field Care Supervisors • Career Development • WHC Discount Benefit Scheme - Blue Light Card • Fully funded training and development - NVQ 2, NVQ 3 and more specialist training • Fully paid training • Mileage • Bank Holiday Pay, Paid Annual Leave, Maternity & Paternity Pay • Pension • Refer a Friend Incentive • Hastee Pay - financial wellbeing benefit Driving This Field Care Supervisor role requires driving between the locations of our Service Users.
