The role will involve supporting a lady in her 60s who lives in her own house who requires 24 hour support with 7 hour per day 2:1 support within the community. She has limited communication, but knows her own mind. She enjoys going out in her cars for drives, having tea parties and playing with balloons. She needs support with her household tasks, support with personal care and also medication. Shift Patterns can vary, so be prepared to work flexible. (For example 7am - 1pm / 1pm - 8pm and 10am - 5pm possible long day available.) - This will be discussed at interview.
