Join one of our product teams and develop features with real value for a one-of-a-kind product management system used by 4500+ global companies. As an innovative B2B SaaS company that's changing the way product teams around the world build products, we recognize the importance of building a dedicated internal Growth team to further solidify our position on the market. For this reason, we're looking for an experienced Frontend Engineer to help lead the charge. You'll join a cross-functional team consisting of engineers, a designer, product analyst and product manager to help fuel Productboard's growth. Together, you'll focus on three main areas and challenges: Guiding new customers. Our large customers receive all the care they need when purchasing Productboard. This includes a detailed sales process, being provided with solutions architects, and training. For smaller customers, however, such extensive support doesn't make economic sense. And that's where the Growth team comes in. Together, you'll help introduce our customers to Productboard, show them how best to use particular features and functions, and help them to fully understand how it'll make their future work easier. Setting prices and composing packages or plans. You'll revise how different Productboard functionalities are packaged and analyze our pricing models. Currently, basic pricing plans are stripped of certain functionalities. But the trend is towards making pretty much all functionality available to users but with constraints on usability depending on the pricing plan. Users can see the potential of certain features, and if they're interested, they can pay more to have them unlocked. Analyzing and optimizing client acquisition and retention. We need to track who comes to our site, who drops out at what particular step of the acquisition process and why, and what causes a company to purchase Productboard but leave after a certain period of time. This is very important data that will help us improve the entire customer acquisition and retention process. And that's where the Growth team will help significantly. It's no small task, but for those looking for an exciting and complex tech initiative with a real-world impact, here's your chance! On a typical day, you will: Collaborate with product, data and design to build experiments and assess whether they'll drive acquisition, retention, and monetization metrics Evaluate other PLG tools on the market, helping us to decide whether there is a more effective way to solve customer and business problems, such as "How do users get started?" Evangelize growth engineering topics and lessons learned to the rest of the company Help decide which technical initiatives make it to our roadmap - and explain to key stakeholders why we are pursuing certain initiatives or directions over others As a Senior Backend Growth Engineer, you'll be an expert in Ruby (on Rails). It'd also be beneficial to have experience in the following frameworks, tools, and languages: Frontend: TypeScript, React.js About you: 5+ years of experience building web apps T-shaped profile with Backend depth Experience in solving growth-related problems You work in collaboration with cross-functional business teams (Product, Marketing, Go To Market) You understand the business KPI to be improved (Conversion, Engagement, Adoption, Churn, etc.) You get things done, even outside of your own area of direct responsibilities You're used to hacking in on other teams' code base (guest dev) and getting their support You optimize for rapid iterations using A/B testing tools (Optimizely, LaunchDarkly, etc.) with a rough first shot and clean things up once experimentation (successful or not) is done Telemetry and BI tools to measure the impact of your work are your daily tools (Looker, Amplitude, MixPanel, etc.) You can look forward to the following benefits: Budget for online courses, books, and conferences 5 weeks of vacation + sick days ️ 1 Volunteer Day per year for you to help causes close to your heart Mental Wellness Program to support your well-being and self-care About Productboard Productboard exists to help the best product minds out there make products that matter, together. The Training Platforms Team plays a key role in CoreWeave's customer journey as the team responsible for supporting and innovating the interfaces our customers use to schedule and drive their machine learning workloads. Initially supporting our Slurm platform on CoreWeave's Kubernetes-native infrastructure, this team has a mandate to keep their fingers on the pulse of the machine learning community and provide commoditised solutions targeted to their needs that reduce friction and increase the efficiency and reliability of consuming CoreWeave's world-class GPU cloud. We are seeking a Senior Engineer to join the Training Platforms Team and help us build the interfaces of consumption that CoreWeave's customers need in order to be successful. This is a new team, based in London but with the opportunity to work fully remotely. You will be involved in the early stages of Coreweave's expansion into Europe, and will work on the full gamut of rewarding challenges that come with the business of building a cloud in a communicative, supportive, and high-performing environment. As a member of the Training Platforms Team, you will have the opportunity to: Identify and implement scalable and fault-tolerant interfaces for consuming GPU resources that are responsive to the needs and practices of the ML community. Investigate new frameworks and ensure that Coreweave is able to support customers with the latest cutting edge techniques in ML training. Create test plans, deployment automation, dashboards, alerts, and insights into our product's operations as well as participate in the Training Platforms on-call rotation. Develop as a technical leader, leveraging your experience and your existing knowledge of Slurm and/or Kubernetes to help mentor and support junior engineers. Grow, change, invest in your teammates, be invested-in, share your ideas, listen to others, be curious, have fun, and, above all, be yourself. The base pay for this position ranges from £80,000 - £120,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Wondering if you're a good fit? We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams - even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match. Here are some qualities we've found compatible with our team. If a portion of this resonates with you, we'd love to talk. You have four or more years of experience in a software engineering industry with a specialisation in developing and troubleshooting distributed systems in production and at scale. You have a drive to learn and grow in a rapidly evolving technology space and have interest or experience in some of the current core technologies supported by the team such as Slurm. You are comfortable with the idea of using Go as your primary programming language and are capable of navigating a Linux operating environment. You have experience using Kubernetes, with a solid understanding of its major components and ingress/service meshes. You can transform problems in elastic architectures, decompose them into achievable tasks, and socialise both to your teammates. You're interested in reliability engineering concepts such as the different types of testing, progressive deployments, error budgets, the role observability, and fault-tolerant design. You're excited about being part of a team of diverse perspectives and backgrounds that believe in tackling challenges, growing hand in hand, and winning together.

Who We Are The name ThousandEyes was born from two big ideas: the power to see things not ordinarily possible and the ability to collect insights from a multitude of vantage points. As organizations rely more on cloud services and the Internet, the network has become a "black box" outside of their control. ThousandEyes gives organizations visibility and insight into the now borderless network. It arms them with an accurate understanding of how the network impacts their applications, users and customers. ThousandEyes is used by some of the world's largest and fastest growing brands, including all of the top 5 global software companies, 5 of the top 6 US banks, and 45 of the Fortune 500. ThousandEyes pioneered Cloud and Internet Intelligence and is widely known as the 'Google Maps of the Internet.' Today, ThousandEyes is central to the global operations of the world's largest and fastest-growing brands. The company was acquired by Cisco in August 2020, chartered with continuing to drive leadership in empowering organizations to see, understand, and improve digital experiences everywhere. About The Team At ThousandEyes, our mobile team is responsible for our mobile apps and our mobile SDKs. We develop and maintain a variety of mobile apps; some for our users directly, and some on behalf of our customers, including telecoms regulators around the world. Collectively, our mobile apps have hundreds of thousands of active users and have gained very positive reviews, in part due to our high engineering standards. We are currently working on some major enhancements to our mobile apps that will be popular amongst both our consumer and business customer base. Additionally, the mobile team is responsible for our mobile SDKs. These SDKs provide all of our measurement functionality - e.g. for speed testing, latency testing, and much more - in a single well-documented, reusable library. Our iOS SDK not only powers our own iOS apps that are developed in-house but is also vended to our customers to integrate the power of the ThousandEyes tests into their own apps. To date, our SDK is deployed on more than one million handsets worldwide already. What You Will Do You will be working directly in conjunction with the developers who write the measurement code (typically in C and C++) and exposing that measurement functionality via Swift APIs for use in the iOS SDK. You will also ensure that we are collecting relevant environmental information alongside the measurement results in order for us to make sense of the results (e.g. approximate coordinates of the test, generation of cellular technology used), without compromising user privacy. Most crucially, you will place an emphasis on ensuring that we are exposing our functionality using clear, logical APIs, with excellent documentation and usage examples. You should have a solid track record of working with Swift in a professional context. Ideally, you will have already been responsible for maintaining SDKs or APIs that are used by third parties. Some experience of writing C is highly desirable but not essential. A good understanding of networking concepts is also beneficial. Technical Stack We work with these technologies so if you're working with the same or similar, we'd encourage you to apply: Swift Swift Package Manager AppStore Connect Beta distribution using TestFlight Firebase Firebase Crashlytics Remote Configuration C/C++ JSON Xcode Cloud GitHub GitHub Packages AWS Jira Confluence Cisco values the perspectives and skills that emerge from employees with diverse backgrounds. That's why Cisco is expanding the boundaries of discovering top talent by not only focusing on candidates with educational degrees and experience but also placing more emphasis on unlocking potential. We believe that everyone has something to offer and that diverse teams are better equipped to solve problems, innovate, and create a positive impact. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification. Research shows that people from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy. We urge you not to prematurely exclude yourself and to apply if you're interested in this work. Cisco is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, genetic information, age, disability, veteran status, or any other legally protected basis. Cisco will consider for employment, on a case by case basis, qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
