Key relationships with decision makers will incorporate Corporate customers and other Bupa market units Responsible for people planning and monitoring of budgets across Bupa owned and on-site locations Ensuring retention of staff across all sites Highlighting training and development needs with the mental health product manager and Head of Mental Wellbeing to ensure mental health delivery staff are fully equipped and supported to perform their roles and delivery outstanding, clinically excellent customer experience Working closely with the Regional Operations Managers and Bupa Centre Managers to deliver outstanding levels of customer service in relation to mental health - delivering strong NPS results Work closely with the remote service mental health services - Employee Assistance Programme, Mental Wellbeing Practitioners - to support shared learnings / best practice / resource sharing where possible Who we're looking for?
