My client is an independent care group specialising in nursing and dementia care. They have an interesting opportunity for an experienced Turnaround Manager to work with the senior management team of the business on significantly improving the standard of care and running of a nursing home. This is a sizeable home and experience running a similar sized (80+ beds) would be highly desirable although this is not essential.
