We are looking for an experienced HR professional who will be responsible for providing an efficient and responsive HR support service and advise on a range of employee relations, employment law, policy development, recruitment and performance management issues. The ideal candidate will have the ability to proactively support managers and staff in a way that adds value and contributes to the organisations objectives. Working in a busy HR team based from our clients Head Office in Birmingham, this role will require some travel to sites across the Midlands (West Midlands, Derby, Shropshire). The successful applicant will have: * Proven experience of managing a varied Employee Relations case load * Working knowledge of Recruitment & Employment Law * Strong communication skills, with ability to build relationships at all levels, and with proven influencing skills * Commercial and strategic awareness * The ability to operate within a multi-disciplined, fast paced, environment We would be keen to receive CVs however, if you require further information on the role call Wright Solutions on (Please quote ref 11339).
