About the Role
As a warehouse supervisor, you will oversee the daily operation in the warehouse, ensuring that deliveries are scheduled on a timely manner, the warehouse is maintained in line with the Company and Health & Safety guidelines, and cooperation between the warehouse and other department in the store runs smoothly.
Duties include but not limited to:
Manage and supervise warehouse staff
Take delivery of goods, unload containers and sign delivery notes
Check for missing and damaged items
Book in and out goods on store IT system

Ensure safe stacking of pallets and loading of stock onto vehicles
Ensure warehouse is always kept clean and tidy
Ensure staff are using forklifts, equipment safely and with care
Deliver projects when required with store management team especially for specified trading periods eg Christmas, Chinese New Year etc
Responsible for stock accuracy and availability of stock. Submit required reports to store management on a daily and weekly basis
Ensure your department produces a daily gap check on low stock and out of stock products for the duty manager
Liaise with all department supervisors regarding their daily picking requirements
Requirements:
Willingness to do hands-on work and heavy lifting
Previous experience in management and stock control is essential
Previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Excellent Customer service skills
Must have valid Counterbalance and Reach Forklift Licences
