Your new role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks within the Operations Team, including asset tracking, setting up new starters, and maintaining BCP data. You will also be responsible for embedding best practices and control monitoring for all operational areas, as well as managing the outsourcing, due diligence, and risk assessments to ensure each third party is within risk appetite What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and have experience in providing general ad-hoc assistance to the Operations Manager. My client is looking for Lloyd's/London Market exposure or experience working within a operational role, however this is a fairly junior role. Key Responsibilities To oversee administrative tasks for the Operations Team, including managing asset tracking, setting up new starters, handling leavers, updating directories, and maintaining BCP data.
