Oversee the development of database controls and collaborate with platform teams and Chief Security Office to remediate security gaps. Embed proactive database hygiene, including ROT data, compression rates, effective maintenance plans and compaction & reorganisation across IBS critical applications. Ensure Data Resilience Information Asset Register (IAR) for databases is accurately maintained. Perform horizon scanning and provide input to group policies and procedures.
