As our CCTV Operator, you will monitor the CCTV of both our Corby sites whilst continuing to deliver exceptional customer service to any on-site arrivals. To be able to offer first-class service to our sites, you will utilise our onsite CCTV systems accurately whilst always making sure to maintain the highest levels of security and confidentiality. Within this role it is vital that you are willing to take ownership of all enquires and see them through to completion. Responsibilities of our CCTV Operator will include: Observing images from CCTV alarms using the latest in remote monitoring technology Actively analysing data, recording and reporting incidents and liaising with key holders within the business Preparing evidence for various departments usage Undertaking constant monitoring of incoming and outgoing loads What we are looking for in our ideal CCTV Operator: The aptitude to accurately follow laid down procedures for response/escalation protocols Admin skills to log and store accurate records, actions and data, ensuring precise report generation is always available for analysis by management Some IT knowledge including Microsoft Outlook & Excel SIA CCTV Operators badge is not essential as training will be provided Fully comprehensive 5-year work/education history; including full company names, addresses and landline contact numbers Clear communication skills both written and verbal Excellent administration skills Must be punctual, reliable and have the ability to think on their feet Reliable with excellent time-management skills A commitment to providing first-class customer service is essential Good report writing skills What we can offer our CCTV Operator: Access to a variety of our excellent benefits which include, 28 days holiday, online discounts, development, and career progression.
