Your Profile You will work as a Electrical equipment assembler in a small production unit. The main tasks are: Electromechanical assembly and soldering. Read and understand technical documents for manufacturing purpose. Handling of documents and non conformancies according to stated processes. Contribute with continuous improvements within quality, delivery and cost. Take part in education and support of new employees. In a clear way be able to communicate status of ongoing work which you are responsible for. Required Skills: A social and good team player. Three to five years of relevant experience within electromechanical assembly or production. Manual soldering skills Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written High expectations regarding fine motor skills, endurance and accuracy

We have an exciting opportunity working for a highly specialist manufacturer based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk as they're in need of an electronics assembler for an immediate start! This role will be working in small scale component assembly and so production experience with soldering or electronics and wiring experience is necessary The starting salary for this electronics assembler role will be 11.44ph, from the 1st April, with the potential for a pay review after your probationary period with a great pay structure in place. Assembler duties include (but are not limited to): Detailed soldering, measuring to length, cutting, and stripping cable, assembly of small components etc. Small scale component assembly Follow very basic wiring diagram Align and glue components Follow detailed inspection procedure: Air bubbles, marks, inclusions, cracks, dents, scratches, using height gauges, cleanliness, electrical insulation & continuity Flexible approach to work to meet customer demands. There are flexible working hours available, 07:30 - 16:00 or 09-00 - 17:30. Monday - Friday (40 hours per week).
