Permanent full-time role of 37.5 Hours Salary of 23,302 per annum pro rata About This Role: As a care and support worker, you will join our dedicated team providing 24hr support to vulnerable adults with learning disabilities. You will be responsible for supporting individuals to live as independently as possible and engaging within their local community. We are looking for you to be resilient, motivated and have an attitude towards continued learning and development. This role is expected to make a difference to customers and the community. The service supports 9 customers. Each customer having a unique learning disability and individual support requirements.
