Wonderful opportunity to join a prestigious client and work 22.5 hours a week. Our client is flexible on how you spread those hours across the week. You will be supporting a busy team of Corporate & Commercial solicitors and providing secretarial and administrative support. Your tasks: Production of documents and correspondence as directed by lawyers. Efficient handling of telephone enquiries and calls. Provision of assistance to and dealing with tasks as delegated. File administration and data management. The person: Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Have proficient knowledge of MS Word, other Office products and ideally experience of working with large databases as well as working in a professional environment are preferred. Be a good team player with willingness to offer support to others in the team. Be enthusiastic, flexible and efficient with a helpful and friendly manner for dealing with clients and colleagues.
