Position : Charter Manager Assistant Location : Southampton, Swanwick Type: Permanent Hours : Monday-Friday office hours, but as a professional assistant role, flexibility will be required to deal with enquiries The role: This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and growing Company, to assist the Charter division. The successful candidate will be heavily involved the administration side, working with the existing Charter Manager to build on the current fleet and client base. You will be providing the highest levels of service on behalf of the Charters Manager in their abscence. The requirements: You must have administative skills to record charter payments and due dates for balance payments. Extensive knowledge of the Mediterranean. So this may suit an ex yacht crew member. Experience with the system YachtFolio would be an advantage. Strong attention to detail. Ability to manage broker enquiries. Knowledge of the MYBA Charter Agreement.
