Skills required:
Liaise where relevant with other teams involved in delivery e.g. campaign platform, of the client.
Removal of impediments and protect the Scrum team.
Ensure that all scrum events take place and are positive, productive and timeboxed
Supporting the Product Owner to maximise the agile team's backlog
Alignment with Product Owners, Scrum Masters & Go to market managers
Facilitating scrum events as requested and needed
Coach the scrum teams. Make sure team members are well trained and understand Agile process.
Foster communication and collaboration in the Scrum Team and across the department.
Ensure the team are using the correct Tools (JIRA)
Reporting on team performance, including project time tracking. Your Role in a Nutshell:
Project Delivery: Lead and coordinate the successful delivery of projects across diverse teams, ensuring that they adhere to SCRUM principles and practices.
Planning: Plan and align project delivery together with Product Owners and other SCRUM Team members taking into account dependencies across the teams and technical solutions, timelines, resource profile requirements, holidays etc.

Holistic Approach: Maintain alignment with Product Owners, SCRUM Masters, and Go-to-Market Managers to ensure a well-rounded approach to project delivery.
Facilitation Excellence: Facilitate Scrum events as required, fostering a collaborative environment that empowers the team's success.
