2nd Line IT Support Engineer
A leading Financial Services firm is currently looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join them on a full time permanent basis. You will be part of a team responsive for day to day technical support of 5000 staff across the UK.
- Providing technical assistance and support for incoming inquiries and support requests related to IT tools and applications, IT policy and processes, other software and hardware
- Resolving incidents and service requests as per defined help desk procedures
- Escalating when appropriate service requests and issues not being progressed as needed
- Working with local colleagues and specialist team in areas of support such as Infrastructure, Network, Mainframe and Security
- Good working knowing of Windows OS and Microsoft office
- Good end-user support experience.
- Prior experience working in an IT support role.
- Experience working in an ITIL environment.
