Manage and plans Lift & Shift (Diversions). Carries out the safety related duties and functions of COSS and SSOW Planner. Operates and maintains tools, test sets, and electronic equipment including: OTDR, ILM, PMD, CD, Acoustic Detectors, Plant Detection and Location equipment, Fiber optic transmissions equipment and Live Fibre Identifiers. Works closely with upstream groups, completing fiber verification requests, project estimating, design, bid, permit and manage OSP network activity. Monitors infrastructure builds and reviews punch lists and verifies work has met industry construction standards. Prepare timelines for the projects, prepare and track budgets and provide detailed weekly reports.
