Saica is a Paper and Packaging company, we are a critical part of the supply chain to the food, drink and health care industries. We are currently recruiting Temporary Production Operative's for our Edinburgh Site, working Monday to Friday on a 3-week shift rotation: Dayshift 6.30am - 2.30pm, Backshift 2.30pm - 10.30pm, Nightshift 10.30pm - 06.30am Immediate start dates and guaranteed work until 31st July 2022 Key Duties and Responsibilities • Manual Handling bundles of flat pack boxes and moving from one location to another location • Repetitive heavy lifting and moving involved therefore a degree of physical fitness is required for this role • Quality checking products • Working both as part of a team but with your own individual section on the machine. • Have the ability to adapt quickly as working within a very fast paced environment • Full training and safety PPE will be provided Benefits • Excellent rates of pay: starting from £13.58 per hour (Basic Salary and Shift Allowance) • Retention Bonus: between £2100 and £3100 (subject to T&C's and payable on completion of contract term) What we need from you • Previous experience of working within a fast-paced production environment in packaging would be advantageous but not a necessity. • Ability to work a flexible shift pattern is essential - Dayshift/Backshift/Nightshift If you believe you have the necessary skills, please forward your click apply and submit your CV today!
