Duties Include: Processing weekly payroll and setting up payments via BACS Credit Control Creating and inputting purchase invoices Dealing with accounts queries Flexibility to cover for Directors' Personal Assistant - Managing diaries General Office Duties - Dealing with emails and answering the telephone Preparing delivery notes for goods out Purchase goods and materials First point of contact for greeting customers and visitors Role Requirements: Knowledge of Sage Accountancy/Payroll Software Range of IT skills and software knowledge, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Sage 50 Cloud Accounts Professional, Sage 50 Payroll, Xero Software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills A willingness to learn and adapt to various roles, Payroll, VAT, assist Directors & Staff Coordinator.
