Based on growth, our corporate and prestigious client based in Birmingham City Centre are looking for 11 Customer Service Advisors. This award winning business are looking to expand their team and offer full training. The successful candidates will have strong communication skills with experience of working within a customer focussed environment. This is a fantastic time to join the company as there will be lots of progression. Duties to include: Handling incoming enquiries over the telephone, via email and online Providing and supporting individual customers Handling any queries and complaints Resolving any issues Providing quotations Advising customers on various products Updating systems with accurate information. Key Skills: Experience of working within a customer focused environments Excellent communication skills - by phone and email Hours of Work: Full Time - 37.5 hours a week working on a shift rota basis: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm 9:30 am - 6:00 pm 10:30 am - 5:30 pm Working 2 Saturdays per month - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm with a day off in the week.
