Block Management Administrator - Leytonstone, E11 A fantastic opportunity for an Block Management Administrator based in Leytonstone, E11 The role as an Block Management Administrator is to provide "first class" administrative support services to a team within the Property Management Department, including taking responsibility for property management matters as required under the supervision of the team leader. Duties will include but not limited to: Arrange instructions to contractors to provide quotations or undertake work Assist the department with health and safety legislation in arranging risk assessments and other fire equipment inspections. Assist with arrears chasing for service charges. Answer incoming telephone calls and to take detailed messages Undertake general administrative work, including scanning, filing and photocopying. Completion of mail merges to leaseholders. Assist with general enquiries from leaseholders regarding maintenance or service charges etc. Assist with dealing with LPE1 enquiry packs and notice of assignment proformas Assist with inspection of properties Assist client accountant with service charge year end packs Assist in preparation of reports and meeting packs for Directors' meetings or AGMs The right candidate ideally will possess the following: Proven track record in property administration would be beneficial ideally within a Block Management Department Good IT knowledge - able to use Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Ability to stay calm under pressure. Excellent organisational skills. Ability to prioritise and be flexible. Good communication and team working skills. Enthusiastic and confident nature. Ability to work on own initiative. A team player able to build good working relationships with colleagues. Able to solve problems quickly and effectively.
