The business is now seeking a Business Development Executive to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a business who pride themselves on delivering sustainability and profitability. This is the perfect role for a Sales Graduate who is good at reporting and thrives within a fast-paced environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: Qualify opportunities from searched and marketing generated leads, social media, targeted cold prospecting campaigns, events and other sources Ensuring leads are followed up in and effective and positive way to generate high conversation rates to sales opportunities Identifying new target contacts and prospects and expanding client relationships Understanding marketing messages and to contribute to the development of propositions Providing ad hoc marketing material to convince the leads Tracking the campaign and opportunity generation progress and any sales in CRM Nurturing potential leads Meeting monthly targetsTHE PERSON: At least 2 years' experience within a sales role, preferably telesales Knowledge of Salesforce beneficial Experience using Enterprise software Ability to initiate credible, non-scripted telephone conversations with senior executives Resilient and deals positively with rejection Excellent organisation skills and a strong coordinator Clear and persuasive verbal and written communication skills Ability to work alone and as part of a bigger teamABOUT THE BENEFITS: Up to £25,000 (dependant on experience) 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday (remote working available) Bonus scheme 20 days holiday + bank Company pension Free parkingTO APPLY: To please send your CV for immediate consideration.
