Required Skills Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Extensive experience (10+ years) in global mobility management, with a focus on the EMEA region. In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, tax regulations, and employment practices across multiple EMEA countries. Proven track record of developing and implementing global mobility policies and programs in a complex multinational environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, senior management, and external partners. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages spoken in the EMEA region is advantageou.
