Your new company This multi-academy trust consists of 40 schools, with a strong presence in the North West, particularly in the Greater Manchester area, and they have recently approached Hays seeking an IT Engineer/Technician to join their well established IT team of over 40 specialists. Having recruited for this organisation over the last year and having spent significant time with the central IT team, I can strongly recommend them as a supportive, progressive and forward-thinking employer in the education sector. Due to recent changes at one of their North East Manchester schools, they are keen to add to this team by appointing an experienced IT specialist to provide support in the Oldham area. Your new role Reporting to the Regional IT Manager, you will be responsible for providing IT support and delivering on IT projects at a Manchester-based secondary school where you will join a team of established specialists who will support you on a daily basis. This is a permanent position where you will receive significant ongoing training and be fully supported by a central team.
