What you will do • Be the key contractual interface and drive agreements with new and existing customers across all areas of Ericsson's Networks and Managed Services business, ensuring compliance to company policies, Sales Directive and other relevant directives in force. • Guide and assist on interpretation of contractual clauses and obligations as required by the business with reference to Group Legal. • Establish strict contractual scope bounding to protect against any profit leakage through scope creep, e.g. via agreed change control. • Provide internal mentorship on mitigation claims and resolve disputes via commercial governance. Collaborate with Service Delivery teams to minimize commercial risk. • Resolve commercial disputes and settlements relating to the contracted scope. • Protect Ericsson's rights under contract and ensure the proper performance of the respective party's obligations • Defend and improve Profitability and Working Capital • Own the Change Control Process from a contractual perspective • Manage and support new business opportunities with the Sales teams to build awareness of potential risks and contract compliance towards the Ericsson wanted position. • Coordination of the contract execution strategy plan across multiple functional units You will bring • University degree in Law/Business Administration/Finance/Engineering or a proven track record in contract management. • Experience in dealing with customers and management at all levels • Experience in Risk and Claim Management • Awareness of contractual and business law • Good appreciation of operational and financial issues • Creative, innovative mind-set to spot opportunities • Confidence to work self-managed in a fast paced and exciting environment • WorldCC / IACCM certification or equivalent is a plus • Knowledge of telecommunications projects (Network roll-out, Managed Services or Digital Service portfolio) are a plus • Proficiency English both written and oral are a must, additional languages are a plus Why join Ericsson?
