Our Client is global multi-million manufacturer of FMCG products with a full order book. the company is looking for a qualified Electrical engineer to join a diverse and experienced Maintenance team to uphold the high standards that are currently held, the duties of the appointed would include: * To ensure equipment and environment is within all current legislations and adheres to company specific standards. * To Improve the efficiencies and eliminate costs for the business. * Maintain reporting requirements - ensuring all reporting is well presents comprehensively and accurately. * Ensure departmental compliance with the companies and legal health, safety and environmental procedures. Ensure relevant feedback and HSE concerns and issues are documented and presented back to relevant managers. This list is not exhaustive. The Successful Engineer will fit the below criteria: * Time served Electrical Engineer * You'll also have appropriate electrical maintenance engineering technical qualifications such as ideally HNC/HND OR minimum ONC, City & Guilds equivalent with a minimum relevant electrical maintenance engineering NVQ Level 3. * You'll have worked within a busy manufacturing / production environment such as Print, paper, paper conversion, board, Automotive, Medium to Heavy industry, FMCG etc * You'll be fully conversant with PLC interaction such as general fault finding and basic programming (Desirable) - Siemens s7, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi etc. * BUS systems (desirable) * Experience delivering reports across all levels within the business. * Management experience or the desire and behaviour needed to manage people. * Problem solving, positive attitude. * Excellent, motivational communication is essential for this role. Shifts This position is on a rotating 4on 4off basis. 2 days on day shift, 2 days on Nights with 4 days off afterwards. Pay This position offers a starting salary which is fixed that increases after probation and after the first 12 months.
