The Role: As Learning & Development Co-ordinator you will be responsible for a team of administrators who support the learning and development function, based at our Northampton site. You will work in collaboration with subject experts to co-ordinate and plan training for internal and external customers in all areas of learning, including statutory and mandatory training. You will work closely with the Head of Operational L&D to ensure the department meets the needs of its customers, and in accordance with relevant regulatory bodies. Responsibilities include: Co-ordinate and line manage team resources, monitoring workflow across the L&D Administration cycle; scheduling, invitations, collation and circulation of reports, attendance and accreditation as well as event management Ensure team resources follow processes and practices to ensure an efficient and high level of customer service is maintained at all times Provide responsive, insightful and confidential support to the Head of Operational L&D Carry out quality checks of output from the administrative team to ensure the accuracy of training records, service level agreements are met and relevant legislation, regulations and St Andrew's Healthcare policies are adhered to at all times Ensure effective collaboration across all areas of the L&D Department to manage administrative priorities for a fair and consistent level of support Monitor progress against key milestones and outcomes Represent L&D at Charity meetings as required, including taking minutes where required Contribute to the planning and co-ordination of project related activity in response to wider business change Collaborate with the subject leads to maintain all L&D Sharepoint pages Ensure equipment and stock remains at the appropriate levels for stationary, sundries and event materials, considering opportunities for cost effectiveness of materials where possible Provide event management support when required Manage the registration and process for diagnostic tools such as MBTI & 360 feedback Ensure new staff within the team receive a comprehensive local induction and role specific training.
