Candidate Profile - Relevant Degree or HND/HNC (preferably in engineering) or equivalent qualification/s Consideration given to significant relevant experience in lieu of specified education and professional qualification. Preferably a minimum of 5 year's relevant experience Sound understanding of highways and traffic engineering techniques and principles.
