Purpose of the Role The Technical Services team is responsible for the delivery of a safe and well-maintained shopping Centre, by ensuring that the building, equipment, machinery, and aesthetics are fully maintained and operational through the use of planned, reactive, and cost-effective engineering and maintenance. The department will ensure all records and reports relating to the shopping Centre are kept up-to-date and analysed to identify opportunities for service improvements.
